See below the examples of company historical timeline and stages (steps) of the process.

Stages: years

1998
The beginning

TransVision Coaching was officially formed on October 11th 1998 by four colleagues who had worked together with Paul Smart at TransVision Consulting, a strategic marketing agency. They chose the name "TransVision Coaching" as it embodied the aspirational culture of what they hoped to achieve, one of combined wisdom, teamwork and collective expertise.

2000
Specialising on life coaching

This year marked our decision to focus entirely on life, career, and leadership coaching. Prior to this we had worked in a number of different sectors, but this focus gave us the opportunity to explore our true potential in providing services that could make a real difference to people's lives.

2006
Moving to our current office

Our office in Toowoomba were unexpectedly sold to a new owner so we had to set about finding a new home. As we continued to grow our staff, later that year we moved into our current office space in Brisbane.

2016
Continued growth

On October 11th 2017, we celebrated our 19th birthday. We are proud to be where we are today and proud to celebrate 19 years of teamwork. We are a boutique firm and we thrive on building long-term relationships with our clients. Our process is an opportunity for us to get to know our clients exceptionally well.

1

get in touch

Coaching has to be personal to be effective. I suggest that we have quick call first to discuss your requirements. If we both think that we could be a good match, then I would invite you to attend a 90 min free Initial Consultation, face to face or over Skype.

2

initial session

During this session we will discuss your situation and goals, I will answer questions that you have about coaching and together we will explore whether coaching could help you. At the end of the session, we can decide whether we are a good fit for each other and which coaching program would be best for you.

3

if you decide to proceed…

If we decide to work together we will agree a bespoke program that is best suited to support you in creating your desired outcomes. It could be based on one of the programs listed below or cover something completely different.

My standard programs require a minimum commitment of 10 one-hour sessions. Depending on the issues you want to work on, we may agree to work together for a longer period or meet for an intensive session.
